As Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at The Bankers Bank, Beth oversees the bank’s accounting, audit, tax and human resources functions. With more than two decades at TBB, she plays a key role in ensuring financial strength and operational excellence across the organization.

Beth joined The Bankers Bank 24 years ago after beginning her career as an auditor with a public accounting firm. She was drawn to TBB’s welcoming and collaborative culture, where flexibility, professional growth and new challenges are valued. The supportive environment and team-oriented mindset continue to motivate her work and leadership today.

A Certified Public Accountant, Beth holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Oklahoma Baptist University and a Master of Business Administration from Oklahoma Christian University.

Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, baking and spending time with her family at her kids’ sporting events. She’s also a fan of a good podcast or audiobook during her downtime.
