Miles Pringle

EVP & General Counsel

As Executive Vice President and General Counsel at The Bankers Bank, Miles Pringle oversees all legal matters for the bank and its affiliates while helping guide the overall performance of the organization. In addition to providing legal leadership, he plays an active role in leading people and projects that strengthen the bank’s operations and culture.

Miles joined The Bankers Bank in 2019 after serving as a partner at Pringle & Pringle, P.C. He was drawn to TBB for its mission and colleagues who care deeply about their work and about helping community banks thrive. For Miles, supporting community banks means supporting the communities they serve, from helping families secure their financial future to empowering local businesses.

A licensed attorney in Oklahoma, Texas, and Missouri, Miles earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Kansas and his Juris Doctor from the University of Missouri–Kansas City, where he was a member of the National Moot Court Team and served as a Law School Emissary. He is also a Graduate School of Banking at Colorado alumnus, graduating with honors and earning the Committed to Lead micro-credential.

Miles is active in both the legal and civic communities. He served as the 2024 President of the Oklahoma Bar Association, an 18,000-member arm of the Oklahoma Supreme Court. He previously served seven years on the OBA Board of Governors and chaired both the Legislative Monitoring Committee and the Financial Institution and Commercial Law Section. He has also been recognized among ICBA’s 40 Under 40: Emerging Community Bank Leaders and is a Fellow of the American Bar Foundation.

In Oklahoma City, Miles serves as Treasurer and Board Member of Rotary Club 29, the state’s oldest and largest civic organization. He is a past trustee of the Oklahoma Bar Foundation and past board member and president of Rainbow Fleet, Inc.

Originally from Oklahoma City, Miles enjoys spending time with his two young sons, cheering on the Thunder, working out, and enjoying a good glass of wine. A fun fact about Miles is that he and his wife have known each other since they were four years old and even played on the same t-ball team.
